- Free Delivery within Lahore: Available on orders above Rs. 10,000 (selected items only).
- For Other Cities: Free delivery on orders above PKR 15,000 (selected items only). Standard courier charges apply otherwise.

- Warranty will be voided if the product shows signs of physical damage or if original packaging or accessories are missing.
- The Check Warranty policy applies exclusively to used or refurbished items.
- For international warranty claims, all freight and shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
