- For Other Cities: Free delivery on orders above PKR 15,000 (selected items only). Standard courier charges apply otherwise.

- Couriers: We use TCS/Leopard and Postex. Bulky items may be shipped via city-to-city cargo.

- For international warranty claims, all freight and shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
