Shipping Policy

  • Free Delivery within Lahore: Available on orders above Rs. 10,000 (selected items only).
  • For Other Cities: Free delivery on orders above PKR 15,000 (selected items only). Standard courier charges apply otherwise.
  • Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Business Days (Depending on courier and destination).
  • Couriers: We use TCS/Leopard and Postex. Bulky items may be shipped via city-to-city cargo.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Available on selected items only, up to PKR 15,000.
  • 04% Government Tax applies on COD Payments.
  • Orders PKR 15,001–100,000 require 50% advance.
  • Orders above PKR 100,000 require full advance to delivery or in-store pickup.
  • Full advance may be required for certain items below PKR 15,000.

Warranty and Return Policy

  • 07-Day Return Warranty Policy for defective or wrongly shipped items.
  • Products must be in Original Packaging with all accessories and documentation.

  • For valid warranty claims, the company reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit note at its discretion.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by electrical faults, consumable items such as cartridges, or printer heads.
  • Warranty will be voided if the product shows signs of physical damage or if original packaging or accessories are missing.
  • The Check Warranty policy applies exclusively to used or refurbished items.
  • For international warranty claims, all freight and shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
